We are members of the Mitsubishi Electric Partner Programme and as such are committed to demonstrating competence in key areas such as Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility and Refrigerant Handling.

Mitsubishi Electric has introduced a new approach to the way in which they work with air conditioning contractors. The programme’s primary focus is on delivering the highest possible standards in both equipment supply and workmanship.

The Mitsubishi Electric Partner Programme is based upon an agreed set of standards for Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance - assuring the ultimate customer of a professional level of service and support from Mitsubishi Electric and their Partners.

In today's world however, technical standards alone are not enough. As market leaders, Mitsubishi Electric feel that they must also look at the standards they adopt in the way they do business. They consider Health and Safety issues and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies to be just as important to the end-user. This is why that, in addition to adhering to their technical standards their Partners are required to uphold given Health and Safety issues and to abide by a set of CSR principles.

The Mitsubishi Electric Partner Programme is inclusive and open to all qualifying companies, large or small. Using the world-renowned Mitsubishi Electric brand, they will train, facilitate and promote all qualifying companies as part of our aim to drive the industry forward.
